You check whether the crew carries out these procedures and other tasks in accordance with the regulations and you direct them where necessary. You are also the first point of contact for employees and new applicants, and make sure that they are well trained and have access to all necessary systems. By doing so, you strive for a professional appearance of the hotel, ensuring that the crew can perform their work properly and enjoyably.

By doing so, you strive for a professional appearance of the hotel, ensuring that the crew can perform their work properly and enjoyably.
Furthermore, you fully support the Hotel Manager (Captain) with financial and budget related tasks. Together you ensure that you are in line with the budget and forecast, and discuss sales strategies and rates for rooms. You also perform administrative tasks and ad hoc activities, such as checking invoices and solving guest issues.
You are part of the Management team, together with the Hotel Manager (Captain). Together you supervise the Crew Leaders and Crew Members.
