As the Junior Operations Manager at Hotel Co 51, you are responsible for organizing various operational aspects within the hotel. As the Junior Operations Manager at Hotel Co 51, you are responsible for organizing various operational aspects within the hotel. A key component of this role is ensuring budgets and forecasts are met, as well as discussing sales strategies and rates in collaboration with the Hotel Manager and the Revenue Department. To do this, you analyze data, such as mobility scores, guest satisfaction scores, revenue, and costs across all departments using Excel. You also work on implementing standards and procedures according to local regulations and brand global standards.
Additionally, you coordinate staff deployment and act as the first point of contact for employees and clients, including hotel guests and businesses booking overnight stays or meeting rooms. You also guide the onboarding process for new employees and manage the Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams. Lastly, you are involved in overseeing operational responsibilities at trade shows and events.
As part of the Management team, you work closely with the Hotel Manager (Captain), jointly supervising the Crew Leaders and Crew Members.
